Interface 7:.  Jewel Net of Indra: Each of us is a Seed of Buddha

We go back to the Mandelbrot image.    So every one of those little Buddha images is a seed of God… and you are there too!  You see those? Look, look carefully. There’s Irene Ness there. There’s Colleen Ness there. There’s Cleta-ness.   Maria ness. You, too, are one of those Buddhas…potentiality. Meister Eckhart:  “A seed of God grows into God”. These are seeds of God. And that’s the beautiful name. Buddhism much later on calls this matrix “tathagata gharba”… where gharba means both womb and seed… so this is the womb of Buddhas, and the seeds of Buddha.. of tathata (Tat–suchness).

What Planck called The Matrix the vast intelligence underying matter. It’s the womb of Buddhas. That’s how important you are. You are a seed of Buddha. You are a name of God. You are a divine ray. And the universe. Then all of those universes, the universe of each Buddha, is going to be a complete expression of the divine of the gold. Unique, unique.

So the infinite universe Lion is the uniquifying of the gold. Lion represents Gold’s functionality to express itself as an infinite number of Buddhas. An infinite number of never ending Buddhas. An infinite number of divine names.. So we go from universe is an illusion and gold is real… they’re separate. Then to aligning up with them. And then we go a step further and see the universe as nothing else than the gold expressing itself in a way that it can’t as simply the gold.

THE JEWEL NET OF INDRA AND NOW we go back to Fatsang’s first metaphor: …

From the Avatamsaka Sutra… An infinite net extending infinitely in all directions is suspended in a realm of void intelligence.  (It is really infinite dimensional, but we can imagine 3 dimensions for now.).  At each node is a fabulous jewel so pure it reflects all the other jewels.  And if you look closely, you see that the reflection of each of the jewels in this jewel also reflects all the other jewels.  This illustrates the inter-being of all the divine beings in each other.

You can practice this with the stars in the night sky.  Imagine these stars radiating to each other, and their radiation to each other radiating into each and all.  You can do this with the cells in your body, the atoms, the quarks: or with the galaxies, galactic clusters and all possible infinite universes. as science tells us, the universe and our bodies are made of this radiating light, and the radiation from the big-bang is passing through us all, all the time.

Or: Imagine a vast field of void, with enlightened beings.  Start with one,  which may have the form of someone you love very much.  Imagine them irradiating light and love to all the others in the infinite field.  Now imagine that they also radiate to each other and to the one focus.

Now imagine that all that light and love also comes down and radiates to you.  Now you too radiate, and all the other living beings in the universe receive this radiation.  And they radiate to each other and to you, in harmony, inter-being and unconditioned love.
