Notice the inspiration, the response, and when you feel the response, stop. that subtle point where you let go of the practice, you let go of the quote, you feel the response, go with that.

     Where the heart goes, there soon or late the other faculties will follow.  This is why it is so important to let the Overself take possession of the heart by its total surrender in, and to, the Stillness.  The Notebooks of Paul Brunton 24.4.90
