Throughout the day: have many moments of Remembering.

As you go about your life, don’t give 100% of your attention to the external world and to your mind.  Keep some within.   Eckhart Tolle: Practicing the Power of Now

Set your watch to go off every hour or randomly: or before answering your phone.

Watch inspired teachings on youtube instead of TV.

Organize a set of remembering cards from PB notes, Nisargadatta, Tolle, etc.

Be Still And (K)Now:

just be, be aware of awareness.

Allowing everything to be as it is:

Let go of the resistance, grasping and judging and relax.  Don’t take the mind so seriously!

Presence through the  Body

Stop, breathe: Yes, Thank you!   Blessing and blissing;  God-Is. yessing and blessing; ET: inner body;

Take any routine activity and give it your fullest attention.

Shift Identity

Love Says I am Everything: Wisdom says I am nothing: between these I live.

Be That rather than this.

PB: rest in God Is;  My I Am is God’s Is

ET: surrender is shift from no to yes.  Thy will be done. Take everything as a gift from Jesus Christ.

Mystery and Wonder: Ineffable Mind: Your Own Isness

Holy Holy Holy: we live in God’s Mind!  Praise the Lord!  Praise without ceasing!  Gratefulness!

We are as near to, or as much in, the real Self, the Overself, at every moment of every day as we ever shall be. All we need is awareness of it. 22.3.25

By incessantly remembering what we really are, here and now, at this very moment, we set ourselves free.  Why wait for what already is?      23.1.1

Thinking is only a habit, but the Mind that makes it possible is ever present.

That which makes you conscious of the present moment is ever present.

Drop thoughts, let go sense impressions, but keep your sense of being.

Dismiss each separate thought as it arises, but affirm the consciousness of which it is composed.

Be aware of the Mind out of which all thoughts arise and in which they vanish.

Affirm that the world gets its brief appearance and substance from Mind [sunya, Brahman, God].

We discover that everything is as waves of the one Ocean of Brahman.

When you look at anything, it is the ultimate you see, but you imagine that you see a cloud or a tree.
Learn to look without imagination, to listen without distortion: that is all. Stop attributing names and shapes to the essentially nameless and formless, realise that every mode of perception is subjective, that what is seen or heard, touched or smelt, felt or thought, expected or imagined, is in the mind and not in reality, and you will experience peace and freedom from fear.
