 Ancient cosmology gave a symbolic picture of the universe.  We can get an image of the primordial Mind from its expression, the cosmos, and from ourselves.  “The stars are a theophany of radiating intelligences…”  writes Anthony Damiani. We look up at the sky, and see vast space and stars.  So too, we are vast no-thing, and radiating energy centers.  Plotinus: as we look up in the heavens…  we wonder: what great being gave rise to this marvel.
